❌ Believe that ability is innate
❌ Afraid of challenges and easy to give up

Praise from famous experts

Po Bronson, author of NurtureShock

Mindset is more than just a psychology book – it’s a guide to understanding what drives us internally. Carol Dweck gets to the heart of personal growth: the belief in the possibility of change. That’s why I believe it’s one of the most influential books on motivation and personal growth in modern times.

Chip Heath – Co-author of Made to Stick

If there is one book I wish everyone would read – it is Mindset. Regardless of age or profession, anyone can find in this book a powerful inspiration to change the way they think, learn, and grow. It is truly a great tool to open the door to positive change.

Guy Kawasaki – Author of The Art of the Start 2.0

As a leader or parent, your responsibility is to help others grow – and you can’t do that without understanding how a growth mindset works. Mindset is a book that equips you with the right mindset to nurture talent, overcome limitations, and unleash the greatest potential in yourself and others. My advice: don’t just read this book – live it.

Bio
My work bridges developmental psychology, social psychology, and personality psychology, and examines the self-conceptions people use to structure the self and guide their behavior. My research looks at the origins of these self-conceptions, their role in motivation and self-regulation, and their impact on achievement and interpersonal processes.
